Information

Alert Level Information

We’re planning the festival around current government health and safety requirements so for peace of mind and to get a heads-up on what to do, please check all of the details for attending an outdoor event during the current alert level by clicking here.

General Health and Safety

We appreciate you will understand that all of main areas of the festival will be smoke-free.  We will have designated smoking zones on-site away from the family/group and gazebo zones.

Accessible Facilities

We will have an accessible toilet facility on site, adjacent to the family-zone for parent convenience.  We’re attempting to make the festival more accessible for those with specific access needs, such as mobility devices and close-proximity parking.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Parking

There will be limited off-street parking available, related to each ticket zone so arrive early to avoid disappointment.  Parking will be accessed via the Weston-Ngapara Road/Slaughter Yard Road junction through the corner of the Domain.  Look for event signage.  There is also street parking in the vicinity of the township.  Please be aware there will be no parking permitted in front of both the Domain club rooms or  hedges for pedestrian safety.  The pedestrian entrance is through the memorial gates on the Weston-Ngapara Road.

If you have any queries or concerns please feel free to contact us on Facebook or via email, or call 021 508700.
